Refund Policy

At Shop State Made, all paid listings are subscription-based and provide immediate access to platform features. By purchasing a listing, you agree to the following refund terms. 

1. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. 

This includes: 

  • Monthly subscription fees 
  • Annual subscription fees 
  • Partial billing periods 

Once a payment is processed, it will not be refunded. 

2. Subscription Billing

Listings are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). 

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that: 

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle 
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically unless canceled in advance 

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. 

To cancel: 

  1. Log in to your account on Shop State Made 
  1. Go to your Account Dashboard 
  1. Navigate to My Subscriptions or Billing 
  1. Select your active subscription 
  1. Click Cancel 

If you are unable to access your account, you may request cancellation by emailing:

4. Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period 
  • You will continue to have access to your listing features until the end of that period 
  • Your listing may be downgraded or removed after your subscription expires 

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. 

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails: 

  • Your listing may be downgraded or suspended 
  • We may attempt to retry the payment 

Continued failure to complete payment may result in removal of your listing. 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases of: 

  • Duplicate charges 
  • Technical errors caused by our system 

All such requests are reviewed at our sole discretion.
